Description
Following the legendary caliber 13ZN, Longines introduced the 30CH in 1947. The flyback chronograph function of this caliber increases accuracy when stopping and restarting the chronograph to time back-to-back events. The multi-scale and multi-colored dial is stunning and exudes the vintage aesthetic of the period.
Condition Report
The watch is in good overall condition. The case shows normal signs of wear throughout with few small nicks, most noticeable to the case back. There is a Portuguese importation hallmark to the top of the lug at 11 o'clock. The dial and hands are in excellent, original condition. The bridge on the movement has "530" stamped, but the base of the caliber says "30CH." The chronograph and movement are working at the time of cataloging.
