  • Bound in the publisher's brown paper covered boards with fielded illustrative paste-down of Peter Rabbit, illustrated endpapers.


The rarer fourth printing. Beloved by generations of children but banned in 1985 by the Inner London Education Authority for the portrayal of exclusively 'middle-class rabbits.'
